My passion for food and nutrition started early but became instrumental to my life once I was diagnosed with type one diabetes. Soon after, I vowed to help others have a healthy relationship with food. Now, as a registered dietitian nutritionist, I’m on a mission to guide others through the misinformation and sometimes confusing world of nutrition. To me, life should have no limits, and neither should nutrition!
